NagVis menu inconsistencies

Hello,

Following behavior:

• Click on "Maps" on left-hand side in Icingaweb2
• Click on "Show NagVis Menu at top of screen" (Dropdown menu)
• Use left-hand side Nagvis menu (or use Open->...) to open one of the maps

Actual behavior: The Nagvis menu disappears and the dropdown menu still offers to "Hide NagVis Menu" whereas it's no longer there.

Expected behavior: The map should open inside Nagvis with the NagVis top and left-hand side menu still open. (Or at least the menu should be in the correct state, i.e. offer to "Show NagVis Menu" again.)

Your Environment

• Module version (System - About): 1.1.1
• Icinga Web 2 version and modules (System - About): 2.6.2
• Icinga 2 version (icinga2 --version): 2.10.4
• Operating System and version: SLES12 SP3
• Webserver, PHP versions: Apache 2.4.23, PHP 7.0.7
• Nagvis 1.9.10

Ummm.. at a closer look the problem seems to be the parameter headermenu="0" as suggested to be used according to https://github.com/Icinga/icingaweb2-module-nagvis/blob/master/doc/02-Installation.md#configuration.

But even when setting it to 1 (which makes this work) , clicking on "Hide NagVis Menu" does not only hide the menu but returns me to the main page.
