Support additional connection mechanisms to Icinga Notifications

Icinga Notifications will add support for the following additional mechanisms:

**Authentication**

* Client certificates

**Protocol**

* HTTPs

**Transport**

* Unix Domain Sockets

Icinga DB must allow to use these and allow configuring them.
