There's a circular reference created in the Collection constructor: https://github.com/IIIF-Commons/manifesto/blob/3d03122adff272fc6a6442106e2dff970f55afeb/src/Collection.ts#L22 I can't see what it's for, tho it is pretty old. Can it be removed? It breaks `JSON.stringify`.
