[FEAT]: Implement Sponsers Page Following Figma Design #35

Objective

Create the Sponsors page in accordance with the provided Figma reference, showcasing partners and academic affiliations, industry sponsors (platinum, gold, silver), and a clear call-to-action for sponsorship inquiries.

File Locations

  • Page: Place in app/(public)/sponsors/page.tsx
  • Components (if needed): Use components/sponsors/ directory for reusable blocks.

Functional & UI Requirements

  • Header Section:

    • Prominent title "Our Partners in Success".
    • Subtitle describing collaboration.
    • "Become a Sponsor" and "Download Prospects" buttons, styled as in design.
  • Partners & Academic Affiliations:

    • Grid layout for academic partner logos; responsive and neatly organized.
  • Industry Sponsors:

    • Segmented sponsor groups: Platinum, Gold, Silver.
    • Each sponsor group should highlight level and include sponsor logos as seen in Figma/design.
  • Why Partner With Us?

    • Grid of info cards with glassmorphism effect; cards explain value props for sponsorship.
  • Collaboration Section:

    • CTA card: "Interested in Collaborating with IEEE SVU SB?" with "Submit Proposal" and "Prospectus" buttons.
    • Content matches the design for alignment, margins, shadow.

Acceptance Criteria

  • Sponsors page implemented under the correct directory.
  • All UI elements match Figma design (layout, colors, spacing, effects).
  • Responsive across desktop and mobile.
  • Sponsor levels (Platinum/Gold/Silver) visually differentiated.
  • Action buttons function (stub handlers or navigate as needed).
  • Collaboration section implemented as designed.
  • All text, images, and icons use accessible contrast and best UX practices.
