Feature Request: Send Start and End of maintenance mode to thingsspeak

Hey,
it would be cool if you could add the possibility to send start and end of maintenance mode in a separate field to thingsspeak. I think this could be added to the measurement transfer that takes place at the beginning and end of maintenance mode.

Could be added, but I was also thinking about loosing our strong dependency of thingspeak and becoming more flexible to other api endpoints / settings up a custom endpoint instead of ThingSpeak or supporting MQTT.
What's the use case behind your idea?
