System path missing important system paths (but it's not)

I get this when I run buildmod bat file

yet the path file has everything it needs

Had this same issue, turns out this is caused by the trailing \ in the check for the windows PowerShell path. Removing this trailing slash allows the script to detect PowerShell properly under wine. Amumss probably doesn't fully work under wine anyways though
