MMML; One Day of OdidO Hell - Kafkaesque Hostage Situation: Issue/Concern/Constraint

Yes, this the Meta-Meta-Meta Layer.

I've been fighting my ISP, or to be more precise it is fighting me.
I won't go into much detail, their customer support is very friendly.
BUT: You spin up a new agent every time, this is time consuming, confusing for the new agent.
And a REAL, REAL, REAL, test of patience.

More parties involved (of course) but it boiled down to.
Me having fragments of 3rd- or 4th-hand info (agent 6 thinks/talks about the (chat-bot-generated) report of Agent 2? or 3? Who knows...
The Other party: same thing, they talk about a colleague who talked to the ISP (new agent) who recollected the report of the distillation of agent whatever, chatbots, talking to chatbots.

So, after a while KNOW I am the (only) one that gets the problem, they still had to figure it out, again, and again.

Been using my phone as a hotspot for almost 3 weeks now (they gave me VOUCHERS so I have unlimited bundle until this is resolved).

But it a pain...MUY PAIN!
Just one example: I take my phone into the garden->laptop looses internet....
One more: Oh, lemme just use my local network/server, whatever....ah! no....i'm on the BLOODY 'GOD GLOEIENDE' (~ Smoldering God) Hot-Spot 🔥

So this is a hostage situation, about to be resolved (1-2 working days).

BUT. Constraint == Freedom.

I had to relax, unwind, something, talk to a wall.

So I dug up an old hobby (OLD camera). And took it with me as well, when going to my mom.

I was making diner (cooking at my mum’s), in any case, those are just from my OppO-phone.
When I left to 'go home' I tried and check up on my junior brother.

So the story goes.

P.S. (end of ISP story)

1. I get a boatload of money back.
2. I (hope, I) get (faster) the internet in my home (BACK!?).
3. My costs drop by around 30 euro's per month...
4. Turn's out 360 (12x30) is about the time it takes for the earth to go around the sun.
5. It feels like (many) 180's.
6. ~1 day in OdidO Hell == ~1 euro/day.

Let me tell you...

This is a REAL issue.

When the (human) agent doesn't know what the problem is. Also, has wrong/half info (from the summary of another agent that doesn't know the issue either). This is a big issue.

The chatbot that makes the summary gets completely lost. There is no ground truth. Customer says something, Agent twists it, with the wrong info. What is left? -> Only AI slob.

The Issue is still ongoing now...the point: 1,5 months of re-cursing and we are back to square 1.

The issue that is supposed to be fixed some 8 times already. Is still the issue.

We have to send 0,01 euro from my bankaccount. But the thing is...It bounces at OdidO, because they have the wrong #number STILL? AGAIN?

The same mistake (made by O-did-O mind you...) that got my connection discontinued, now is the same issue that blocks me from getting a new connection...
