πŸ₯ Hospital Management Network

CCNA-Level Enterprise Network | Cisco Packet Tracer | VLANs | OSPF | DHCP | Security

πŸ“Œ Project Overview

This project demonstrates the design and implementation of an enterprise-level Hospital Management Network using Cisco Packet Tracer. The network is designed to support secure, scalable, and efficient communication between multiple hospital departments across Head Office (HQ) and Branch Office locations.

The project follows real-world enterprise networking standards, focusing on routing, switching, security, wireless networking, and WAN technologies commonly used in hospital IT infrastructures.

🎯 Objectives

  • Design a scalable and secure hospital network
  • Implement departmental network segmentation
  • Enable secure inter-department and inter-branch communication
  • Simulate real enterprise services and security mechanisms
  • Gain hands-on experience with Cisco routing & switching concepts

πŸ—οΈ Network Architecture

  • Hierarchical Network Design
    • Core Layer
    • Distribution Layer
    • Access Layer
  • Separate networks for:
    • Hospital Departments
    • Server Network
    • WAN / ISP Connectivity
    • Branch Office Network

🧩 Departments Implemented

HQ Departments

  • MLOCS
  • MER
  • MRM
  • IT
  • CS
  • HQ-GWA
  • Server Side (DHCP, DNS, Web, Email)

Branch Departments

  • NSO
  • HL
  • HR
  • MK
  • FIN
  • BR-GWA

Each department is logically separated using VLANs for better security and performance.
