When PacketRusher is started with GTP-U tunnel enabled and runs deregistration-reregistration sequence in a loop, the process crashes when the second registration succeeds.

To Reproduce

Extract the archive: 3.tgz

# in first console at the extracted directory
docker compose build
docker compose create

# in second console
dumpcap -i br-n2 -w 3.pcapng

# in first console
docker compose up -d
docker logs -f gnb0
# wait approximately 80 seconds until PacketRusher crashes

Actual behavior

PacketRusher completes registration and PDU session establishment for the second time, and then crashes.

Note: after the crash, before you can test again, it's necessary to unload and re-load the gtp5g kernel module:

sudo sh -c 'rmmod gtp5g; modprobe gtp5g'

Expected behavior

PacketRusher establishes PDU session successfully for the second time and allows user traffic through the network device.
