When you enter a POTUS or VPOTUS running mate, that connection is not multi-directional. also running mate shouldn't show up for non potus election candidates

upgrade models.py with a better relationship and conditional display

• less shitty schema
• better ux

Acceptance Criteria

• When user enters running mate, it updates teh other party as well
• running mate only shows up for POTUS or VPOTUS
