Add Spoken Feedback

Problem

It would be nice if the feedback/response was also spoken.

Proposed Solution

Enable the basic OpenAI audio voices. If I'm feeling ambitious, look at capturing a large enough corpus (Is corpus the right word for audio files?) of the candidate's voice and "train" an ai.
