Log in/Signup with Facebook functionality is broken

Describe the bug
Logging in via https://ubcexplorer.io/ with Facebook returns an internal server error

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to https://ubcexplorer.io/
2. Click on BCS Explorer
3. Click on Facebook logo
4. See error

Expected behavior
It should redirect the user to authenticate their Facebook account and approve our app for use. It then will log the user into their account.

This is probs why. Facebook might have disabled our API access. The email confirmation has expired so we'll have to look into regaining access.
