Basic Editor using IMGUI

Create a basic map editor application to be shipped with Wasabi.

Functional Requirements:

• Integrate a new project into the build system
• New project creates an executable that is an IMGUI window, with a Wasabi engine running in a child window view
• Simple toolbar with any dummy functionality
