Make staghorn work with Claude Subscriptions

Hey @HartBrook,

thanks for this awesome project, it's really much needed! Would it be possible for staghorn to use an existing Claude (Max) subsciption instead of manually entering an additional API Key? Other projects like claude-mem do that as well by using the Claude SDK, which automatically uses the claude code subscription.
