[Bug] Drip Particles Transparency (Block Conflict)

Issue description:

This bug is caused when a source of drip particles (commonly water) is placed above a bed. Put this bed on glowstone for example. The drip particles will show the block under the bed instead of the bed, likely due to blocksizing for the beds. I would also check this with halfslabs. This issue shows up frequently on 1.20.1 Forge and it would be wise (or helpful at the least) to check Neoforge 1.20.1 and 1.21.1 as well. This will assist with fixing the bug.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Put a bed on glowstone.
2. With room for a character to stand, place a block above the bed (example: coral).
3. Place water on that block.
4. Notice the Block under the bed (glowstone) shows in the transparency of the water droplets.
