"Saved UI layouts" menu expands horizontally each redraw

Observed in:

• Windows 11, version 2.0.0-zeta.12
• SteamOS 3.8.11 (Linux), with the same version

Reproduction:

• Open the "Saved UI layouts" menu
• Do something to update the screen (move the mouse, zoom / move the puzzle, etc).
• The open menu will expand horizontally while there is activity - in my case, capping when it hits the left side of the screen
• The menu also stays expanded when closed and reopened
