No feedback on Report page if already submitted

Description

When you report repos you'll get feedback that it has been submitted. But if you by accident submit one twice you don't see any feedback BUT the console shows you:

code: "InvalidContent"
​message: "User has already reported this repository for this event"

it would be nice to get a feedback so you know that it was submitted already or at least show the normal "thanks" message so you know the button worked.
