Video tracker reloads when mic button is clicked in device check

When clicking the mic button during the device check, the entire video tracker reloads unexpectedly. This causes a disruption in the flow and resets the video preview.

Steps to Reproduce:

Go to the device check screen.

Click on the mic button.

Observe that the whole video tracker reloads.

Expected Behavior:
Only the mic state (mute/unmute) should toggle the video tracker should not reload.

• Issue is with this part:
  useEffect(() => {
  getCam();
  }, [videoOn, audioOn]);
• We need to handle audio and video switch in seperate useEffect to fix this.
