Improve and optimize the existing frontend for mobile devices. This can be applied to any frontend implementation.

Improvements needed:

• Mobile-first CSS approach
• Touch-friendly UI elements (larger buttons, proper spacing)
• Bottom navigation for mobile
• Swipe gestures for common actions
• Optimized forms for mobile input
• Responsive tables/lists
• Dark mode support

Tech Stack:

• Tailwind CSS (recommended) or plain CSS
• CSS Grid and Flexbox
• Mobile-first media queries
• Touch event handling

Acceptance Criteria / 验收标准

• All pages are fully responsive
• Touch targets are at least 44x44px

• Forms are easy to use on mobile
• Tables/lists have mobile-optimized layout
• Dark mode implemented
• Tested on multiple devices/screen sizes
• PR MUST include screenshots from mobile devices (phone and tablet)
