Roadmap: stabilize repository layout and contributor startup

Scope

Track the near-term public project setup work from docs/roadmap.md.

Checklist

• Stabilize repository layout and public package names.
• Publish core, drivers, and clients under the MIT License.
• Publish a minimal contributor workflow that starts a local VeryFS.Server instance from source.
• Add implementation repositories as Git submodules in the umbrella repository.
• Document Docker Compose deployment with PostgreSQL.
• Define a stable mount schema format for dynamic client forms.
• Expand driver tests for GitHub, GitLab, Gitea, WebDAV, and Zotero.

Acceptance Criteria

• A new contributor can clone with --recurse-submodules, build the server, and hit /health from documented commands.
• The README and contribution docs match the actual repository layout.
• Driver form schema and provider test plans have follow-up issues or merged implementation.
