Local Wireless Play hangs on an infinite loading screen.

Been looking for solutions to this issue but I can't find any at all, I've tried modifying a lot of options to no avail.

Ultimate Version - 13.0.4
Ryubing Version - 1.3.3
N.E.T Runtime - 9.0.9

Known issue. Current workaround is to use a different emulator.
