service discovery

- dynamic service discovery to detect all available ip (multicast) interfaces on a host
- is currently missing due to incompatibilities of old code
- service discovery should be fast and able to dynamically detect new ip interfaces, static configuration via middleware.ini should be possible too. 
- support for Linux and Mac OS X is mandatory
