Issue: Navbar toggle mode and toggleMenu fixing

🧩 Problem Description

The navbar toggle (hamburger menu) and theme switch (sun/moon icons) are not functioning correctly across all pages.
Specifically:

• The toggle menu does not open or close properly on the Contact and Project pages.

• The sun icon (light mode) is not visible properly, while the moon icon works fine in dark mode.

• The toggle functionality is inconsistent across different pages — it works on some but not others.

💡 Expected Behavior

• The toggle menu should open and close correctly on all pages, including Contact and Project.

• Both sun and moon icons should be clearly visible and should correctly switch between light and dark modes.

• The toggle animation and theme switching should behave uniformly across the entire site.
