I don't understand the meaning of this sensor. For example. this is the data retrieved from station "Tel Aviv - Sea-shore" lately, while the IMS site shows this data:

So it’s the a future forecast, not a past actual measurement. Does the integration support somehow the past data? Or should I get this data from your other integration IMS Vista (after getting API token)?

Reugular IMS doesn't support historical data nor expose it in their APIs;

IMS Envista does support it - via https://api.ims.gov.il/v1/envista/stations/%7b%25STATION_NUM%25%7d/data/daily/YYYY/MM/DD but I don't use it in the integration as it's focused on the current state, not historical state.
I'm not sure how to incorporate it within HomeAssistant.

HA has built in infrastructure for taking current state and convert it into historical data. Once I get the API key from IMS I will probably handle it. If you will be interested in the code let me know.

I already have an API and an custom compnent for ims envista I developed :)
