Error when trying to add IMS: Config flow could not be loaded: 500 Internal Server Error Server got itself in trouble

I installed IMS via HACS, restarted the system (tried it several times), and I get the error message "Config flow could not be loaded: 500 Internal Server Error Server got itself in trouble" when I try to add the integration.

I was able to install and hoped that connectivity issue resolved. However, I see the same issue happening again. Looking at another issue, I see that there is nother interface (?) that requires API key - will it work? Does the connectivity issue I see is something common?

Another Interface being envista? This is indeed a different API with a different custom component which requires an API key.

As I mentioned, it seems your homeassistant or network or isp is blocking access to ims.gov.il.

Try setting the logs in debug and sharing

Found the issue (I hope) and resolved it (moved from ISP DNS to Google DNS).
