im on linux mint and im unshure how to get the patched jar, i dont understand the instructions

can you give me step by step instructions on what to install and where to put everything

Hello @MetalRules0 , sure.

First you need the original server jar for alpha 1.0.15, which you can find here (Look for a0.1.0.jar)

Prereqs on Linux Mint

• Java 8 JDK (important for build/run).
• You can use the Gradle wrapper from the repo (no system Gradle required).

Build the Nebula patcher:

• ./gradlew fatJar

• This creates build/libs/nebula-alpha.jar.

Create a folder anywhere (e.g., ~/nebula-server) and put these two files inside:
a0.1.0.jar (original server)
nebula-alpha.jar (from build/libs/)

Then run:
cd ~/nebula-server
java -jar nebula-alpha.jar

This outputs server-nebula.jar.

Start the server with:
java -jar server-nebula.jar

Soon I will include new features to the proyect, for now I am prioritizing other things.
