On plooc.h itself also mentioned __cplusplus.

I found on example code you are always undef and redefine the this pointer. Does this cause incompatibility with C++?

When you want to use PLOOC with C++, please define a macro __OOC_CPP__ globally.
for the macro this, please only define and use it in a c source code locally, so it will not cause the compatibility issue.
As it is not a macro defined by the PLOOC header files, it has no issue with C++.

Neither this nor self will be a problem when using PLOOC with C++.

OK I got it. PLOOC could be used with C++ but can't be mixed with C++. The headers could be shared with C++ but the implementation of PLOOC class must be in C source to avoid conflict.

Yes, exactly. An interesting question is, why on earth people would like to mix an OOPC implementation with a C++ implementation?
Or, when you can use C++ why do you use OOPC?
