Clevatess is showing episodes for season 1 instead of 2 (despite episode 1 being available on the same sources). From what I can see it seems to be searching for "Clevatess Season 2" 1x01 instead of "Cleavatess" 02x01 (as in, its treating tje season 2 as a separate show, which confuses search).
I have tried both otaku and anilist provider, but I'lp try MAL provider just to be safe
