THis thing runs sloooooowly if there are many files. We should include:

- [ ] Basic acknowledgement and adherence to a basic ignore e.g. gitignore, Rbuildignore, dockerignore etc.
- [ ] Customizable exclude flag for certain globs to be excluded from the scan
