Implement Voice Input using openAI whisper API

• We need to implement the voice input in the LLM chat using openai whisper api.
• Make sure it works on all the devices.
• Make sure it supports the native languages too. (Usually it is automatic).
• Need to make sure it works properly with frontend too.
