Can't edit user profile because user popout won't show

I can't edit user profile or user popout because it won't show it to me no matter how many things I click. I don't even know what I'm editing because I can't see it. I also can't scroll at all to see the rest of the editing options :(

Same here! I just had re-uploaded my 3 out of 7 of my themes so that I can use them again and it left me so confused on to why some still worked but others didn't :( but I'm happy I fixed it! I just don't get why I can't make any new ones now, sucks cause I really liked using Clear Vision for making/editing themes...
