Can't add a Panopto video

When you click on it, redirects to the course.

Info from mod_panopto:

Make sure that block_panopto is not installed in your system, in fact it may work together, but will cause a lot of confusion due to the differences in access rights allocation.

Sicherstellen, dass Panopto-Block im Kurs aktiv ist.

For me this sounds like, that IVS could work, but other panopto use cases could break :\
