Current GH workflows check the existence of terms, but not that their definitions match. As of now, we're noticing some SOPs have discrepancies between their term and glossary definitions/descriptions and the ones in the Charter.
This GH issue is to address that, adding a explicit check, and having the charter's as the source of truth.
