account funds missing or stuck

Hi Gearbox team,

I'm reaching out for support regarding a stuck ETH deposit.

On July 12, I sent 0.1839 ETH to the CreditFacade contract (0xD02a30d3...EE0422B2F) via transaction:
0x4c68bab66ef3717e1293c550e5faecb8646fe554f0bb13578f1a36ce3a4214a2

However, no credit account was created and the ETH hasn't been returned. I confirmed that creditAccounts() still returns 0x0 for my wallet:
0xcaD453C463b543ddc2a157F550F026E943b80Dec

To clarify:

• I previously opened a credit account with 0.1 ETH which worked fine.
• This recent tx was meant to open a new trade, but it silently failed and now my 0.1839 ETH is stuck.

I'd appreciate help with:

1. Confirming what happened in that tx
2. How I can either recover the ETH or properly close the credit account if one was created off-chain
