create RecyclerView showing current active queues

@vaibhavchellani I need queue id on onclick so can I implement it first or I should traverse whole queue and save all the queue ids

we need queue Id in the join queue activity as i have written in the comments in the activity itself . You will have to give some sort of ids while generating recyler view i guess , do as you think would work the best , we can see optimisation later

change the queueid , fetch the queueid from the db and replace it in the string
