The setting of Appraance has fallen off -> do not show Toolbar in Archved Pages. As if there is a checkbox. Accordingly, the combination of Ctrl+Alt+T does not work.

Win10x64, Firefox 140.0.2, profile is default. It happened a few versions ago, I can't say how long ago.

It seems you are using the browser internal storage to archive pages. Currently this is obsolete and limited approach. The toolbar may not be displayed because browser security has tightened and injection of scripts is not possible to the blob: protocol pages anymore, although this requires a thorough investigation. Currently, the only way to return the toolbar is to transfer all the archived content to the filesystem. The easiest way to do this - export the everything shelf, change storage location in the settings, and import the exported shelf back.
