Incorrect pool liquidity on swayswap

What is happening?

I send 0.14 to pool but aint recieve that.
After it i sent 0.05 and succesefully recieve 0.05

it seems to me that this happened due to the fact that I pressed the back button without waiting for confirmation of the successful addition of liquidity
