about radius_timeout parameter

Hello all;
i wonder can we change radius_timeout parameter to miliseconds from seconds. when i look at the codes , just needs added milisecond function to utils.c and then some changes to sendserver.c
What do you think about this changes.

We can't change existing meaning for radius_timeout. We could add a radius_timeout_milliseconds.

Hello;
i added new variable and made so changes for timeout miliseconds in my fork. i want to test it but it is installing under /usr/local/ in centos 6.6 from zip. What is the configuration flag, i couldnt find ? after tested , i will make a pull request from my fork.
