Failed to get server data

Steps to reproduce:
Downloaded the install helper
Execute as admin
Select EUR region
Automatically detected R:\ correctly as 3DS sd card
Click install

*The error:

After reading main.cpp it seems these are the urls it tries to download, downloading manually suceeds and saves the file so the issue is probably the program.

Also, you should use the boot.firm from lumateam instead now that it officially has plugin loading built in
