When can gemini-cli be supported?

Gemini CLI is supported, and has been since #556.

openspec init --tools gemini generates both:

• .gemini/skills/openspec-*/SKILL.md
• .gemini/commands/opsx/<id>.toml

That second one is the TOML format Gemini CLI expects for custom commands, so no hand-writing openspec-Propose.md into the config any more, which is the part that was genuinely painful.

@TomLucidor: LLxprt does not have its own target today. If the fork reads the same .gemini/ layout the generated files should apply as-is, and if it does not, an issue is the right place for it. Closing this one as delivered.
