Follow-up to specgetty: the same reviewing, now on your phone. Specgetty on Droid clones your repository over HTTPS and reads the OpenSpec projects in it. No backend, no account.

Spec deltas are the point: what a change adds, modifies, removes or renames, and a modified requirement next to the one it modifies. Plus the card view from the TUI, one behaviour at a time.
