Problem Description:
Due to long-term iteration of the project, the number of files in the openspec/changes/archive and specs directories has been increasing, and there have been many requirement changes.

**Attempted Solution:
We tried using the "summary" feature to organize project functionalities, but found that it interferes with the normal operation of the /explore function.

Core Question:
Does the official team plan to provide a dedicated summarization feature in the future?
