What about being able to install the openspec skills globally for the coding agent?

I work with a team using OpenSpec. The issue is that different people use different agents (Pi, Oh-My-Pi, Claude Code, OpenCode) and having to init OpenSpec inside the project for each agent creates a mess of multiplied copies of the skill files for each of the agents used by the team.

I think it could be a good idea to have the specs and changes as their are, per project, but having the option to init OpenSpec globally for the agent each of us use and have the skills available in all of our projects if we decided to use them.
