Organize a meeting

I think it would be useful soon have a voice meeting to discuss various unresolved conversations.

Things that should be talked about:

• Project Approach evaluation
• Goals evaluation
• API conventionality (how to enforce this?)
• Naming e.g. Proposal: rename next() #22, "sinks"
• Multi-pull flow Non-single-logical-flow (multiple pulls) #30
• C++ binding detection Official way of doing C++ binding detection #29
