In the "Standard operations" section, it would be good to add instructions for "Removing a TE" and "Overwriting a TE". These are not necessarily trivial operations and currently the only reference to this is in the XFERLIST_VOID section. The instructions should state that implementations may need to scrub any padding bytes left from the old TE if these contain secret data that receivers should not see.
