Migrate https://github.com/Firesphere/silverstripe-fluent-solr/
It needs to be adjusted so it works directly with both Elastic and Solr, via the SearchBackend.
Probably best to do it in one go on a different release branch, and switch it all to a primary branch once the Solr implementation is finished too.
