Financial Stream Phase 1 is complete.
The website is temporarily closed for active development while primary work moves to ProAI Expert.
Do not continue general polishing or redesign work unless:
- a reproducible production defect is discovered;
- a business-critical factual change is required;
- a compliance or service requirement changes;
- the owner explicitly starts the next Financial Stream redesign phase.
GitHub is the canonical source of truth for:
- production code;
- production assets;
- project documentation;
- technical decisions;
- current project status;
- agent handoff instructions;
- approved implementation history.
Google Drive is a secondary backup and source-file archive.
A Drive copy must never silently replace or override a newer GitHub version of this document.

Canonical flagship hero image:
assets/img/blog/financial-stream-flagship-bookkeeping-hero.webp
Do not replace this asset without explicit owner approval.
Canonical active portrait:
assets/img/team/tetiana-horb-ceo-approved.webp
The portrait is used by:
- EN About hero;
- RU About hero;
- About image preload;
- About Open Graph metadata;
- About Twitter metadata;
- EN flagship author block;
- RU flagship author block;
- EN Article JSON-LD author image;
- RU Article JSON-LD author image.
The active canonical portrait is:
- WebP;
- 960 × 1200 px;
- 4:5 aspect ratio;
- approximately 46 KB;
- stored under the cache-busting approved filename.
The previous active paths were removed:
assets/img/about/tetiana-financial-stream-ceo.webpassets/img/team/tetiana-horb-ceo.webp
Do not restore either old path.
PR #18 attempted to standardize the portrait but resulted in a corrupted or non-decodable WebP being deployed under active paths.
Observed production symptoms included:
- approximately 15 KB download;
- broken-image icon;
- Safari being unable to decode the file;
- old cached portrait continuing to appear through an earlier URL.
PR #19 superseded PR #18.
PR #19:
- restored a verified valid portrait;
- introduced a new canonical cache-busting URL;
- updated EN/RU About references;
- updated EN/RU article references;
- updated Open Graph and Twitter images;
- updated Article JSON-LD;
- removed old active portrait paths.
PR #18 must not be treated as the final portrait implementation.
PR #19 is the canonical final portrait repair.
- PR #14 — premium bilingual About pages
- PR #16 — Russian flagship FAQ schema cleanup
- PR #17 — flagship article hero-image integration
- PR #18 — unsuccessful portrait standardization, superseded
- PR #19 — final portrait repair and canonical reference migration
Verified PR #19 merge commit:

Preserve the following approved facts unless the owner explicitly changes them:
- Financial Stream LLC;
- Tetiana Horb / Татьяна Горб;
- CEO, Financial Stream LLC;
- Federal Way, Washington;
- remote support across the United States;
- English and Russian;
- small businesses;
- service-based businesses;
- private clients;
- 127+ ongoing business clients receiving recurring accounting support;
- 300+ tax forms and returns filed during January–April 2026.
Do not add unsupported claims such as:
- CPA;
- EA;
- licensed accountant;
- certified accountant;
- degrees;
- awards;
- years of experience;
- guarantees;
- best-in-market claims;
- invented biography.
Preserve the existing production service scope and wording unless the owner explicitly changes it.
The active service structure includes six equal core services:
- Bookkeeping / QuickBooks
- Tax Returns / Tax Preparation
- Sales Tax / DOR Reporting
- Payroll / L&I / Quarterly Reporting
- Business Setup / Company Formation
- Financial Consulting / Document Review
Payroll is already confirmed and approved as an equal core Financial Stream service. This is not an open question and does not require renewed owner confirmation during future repository, content, navigation, or maintenance work.
Do not remove Payroll, demote it, describe it as unapproved, or ask the owner to reconfirm it merely because an older document omitted it or contained outdated cautionary wording. If legacy repository documentation conflicts with this rule, this closure record controls and the conflicting documentation should be corrected.
Do not separate Financial Consulting from Document Review without explicit approval.
The following work is deferred to a future redesign and is not a current blocker:
- full visual redesign;
- sitewide header standardization;
- sitewide footer standardization;
- uniform logo dimensions across legacy pages;
- possible divider line below the header;
- About links added to every legacy template;
- stronger global motion system;
- dedicated landscape social-preview images;
- complete Playwright viewport matrix;
- full modernization of older articles;
- global design-token consolidation;
- global navigation cleanup;
- old content improvement program.
Do not start any of these tasks automatically.
Telegram and other social platforms may preserve old preview images in their own cache.
An old preview image is not automatically a website defect.
Before changing production code:
- inspect current Open Graph metadata;
- open the current canonical image URL directly;
- test a new cache-busting URL;
- determine whether the problem is third-party cache or actual production HTML.
Do not create speculative production fixes solely because an already-sent Telegram message shows an old image.
Before modifying the project:
- Read
PROJECT_STATUS.md. - Read this closure record.
- Read the actual current
main. - Inspect production before modifying code.
- Do not reuse merged feature branches.
- Create one new branch per confirmed task.
- Create one focused PR per confirmed task.
- Preserve approved production assets unless explicitly instructed otherwise.
- Do not restore old portrait filenames.
- Do not treat PR #18 as the final portrait implementation.
- Do not expand task scope without explicit approval.
- Do not make broad redesign changes while Phase 1 remains closed.
- Keep GitHub documentation authoritative.
- Treat Google Drive copies as backups, not canonical replacements.
- Treat Payroll / L&I / Quarterly Reporting as one of six approved equal core services; do not request renewed confirmation or propose its removal based on outdated documentation.
When Financial Stream work resumes:
- verify actual production state;
- verify the current main SHA;
- review changes made after this closure record;
- confirm whether the owner wants:
- a defect fix;
- a factual update;
- a new article;
- a service update;
- the full redesign phase;
- prepare one scoped implementation plan;
- avoid reopening completed Phase 1 work without a confirmed reason.
