Financial Stream project status

Before making changes, read:

  • PROJECT_STATUS.md
  • docs/FINANCIAL_STREAM_PHASE_1_CLOSURE.md
  • docs/CONTENT-INTEGRITY.md

Financial Stream Phase 1 is closed. Do not begin general redesign or polishing work without explicit owner authorization.

Financial Stream has six approved equal core service areas. Payroll / L&I / Quarterly Reporting is one of those six services. Do not ask the owner to reconfirm Payroll, suggest removing it, or treat it as unapproved because of older repository wording.

GitHub is the canonical project source of truth. Google Drive is backup/source-file storage.
