Help command can be extended to individual features

Help command can be broken down into individual features instead of showing everything at the same time. It is difficult to search through all the commands to find what you need.

The help command has already been split into their respective features. Moreover, we currently only have 6 features so we did not feel it was necessary to create individual help pages for each feature.
