I set up an online entry point for PaperForge. Readers upload a PDF or paste an arXiv link and get the full 12-section analysis without copying SKILL_CHN.md or configuring a project.

The "reconstruct the author's thought process" section (§ 3) is the strongest design choice here. Most paper-reading prompts skip straight to method explanation, but rebuilding the reasoning path before showing the method changes how a reader actually engages with the paper. That step is hard to appreciate from a README alone; it lands when someone actually runs it on their own paper.

Every session leaves a usage record you can review — useful for seeing which papers people actually bring, how deep they go, and where to sharpen examples.
